Kim Harder Webb is the winner of the 2022 Michigan REALTOR Good Neighbor Award! This award is granted to a nominated Realtor who makes extraordinary commitments to improving the quality of life in their communities, and out of 35,000+ MI Realtors, Kim WON. In addition to being an incredible asset to the community, she strives to provide the absolute best service to her clients, resulting in over $12.9 million dollars SOLD in 2022.

Kim Harder Webb has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Her career began as the secretary and marketing administrator for a competing company and after 10 years of her service, she received her Michigan and Wisconsin Real Estate licenses. Kim started her selling career with Leeds Real Estate from ground 0 and has excelled with the company earning top producing status and was the #1 producer in 2013 and again in 2017 for all of Dickinson, Iron, Florence, Marinette and part of Menominee counties. She is a multi-million dollar producer and contributes her successes to the support of her husband, the wonderful clients and customers she has worked with and their referrals but foremost the blessings from the Lord.

Kim’s experience and knowledge from the several years of selling and having the opportunity of working in the industry as a secretary, marketing administrator to then Realtor, allows her to understand what the client/customer needs and how to get the job done successfully. When asked what she likes most about her job, this was her reply, “I don’t look at selling real estate as a job. I am most fortunate to have the opportunity to meet someone new every day and help them in their life’s journey. It is such a rewarding feeling to find that perfect home for a family or a new entrepreneur in the “spot on” location for their business. There is nothing like bringing peace and happiness to a client and gaining a lifelong friend.”

Kim resides in Iron Mountain with her husband Jeff, three children, Michael 21, Matthew 17 and Grace 13. She is also blessed with 2 adult children, Charlie and Kasey who reside in Lower Michigan. Her interests are outdoor activities with family and friends, running, weight lifting, gardening and singing. Kim is also involved in the community. She is on the DDA Board for the City of Iron Mountain, the chairperson for the Great Start Collaborative, Committee member of the Dickinson County Chamber Alliance, Kiwanis member, BNI (Business Networking International) member and active with Christian Women’s. YMCA member and attends church at Redemption Hill. She also represents the Upper Peninsula in Lansing Michigan on a 19 panel board for the Office of Great Start Advisory Council.
